Ping Tool

Ping, Packet Internet or Inter-Network Groper, is a basic tool that verifies if a particular IP address exists and that it can accept requests. You can use this Ping tool on the router to diagnose the connectivity.

The hostname can be an IP address or domain name. You can choose the WAN interface to check it’s connection ability.

NSLookup

NSLookup, name server lookup, is a network administration tool for querying the Domain Name System to obtain a domain name or IP address mapping, or other DNS records. It generally used for mail troubleshooting in the router system.

Traceroute

Traceroute is the diagnostic tool for displaying the route and measuring transit delays of packets across an Internet Protocol network. Used to find the path and locate the fault point.

Extranet Packet Capture

With the tool of extranet packet capture, you can choose the WAN interface and captures the traffic passing through the interface within 5 seconds.
