Cron Task

Cron Taskastadm2019-05-06T04:47:49+00:00

Cron Task

Cron task also called cron job, allows you schedules a command or script on your router to run automatically at a specified time and date.

Schedule Line Switch

In some areas, the fiber-optic line connection will be disconnected at around in the evening and will be restored in the morning. You can add corn task of line switch to avoiding large-area lines.

In the right side screenshot, it is assumed that the external network port (WAN port) is disconnected at 20:00 pm in the evening, and it returns to normal at 10 o’clock in the morning. Generally, we recommend that the disconnection time be one minute ahead of time, and the recovery time is delayed by one minute.

Schedule Line Redial

You can program the router to automatically make several redial at the specified time period. This cron task is available for both WAN and 4G connections.

Cron Reboot

You can schedule the router to restart periodically, by day, week or month, or it can be executed only once.

Schedule Wi-Fi On Off

You can program the router to turn on or turn off the Wi-Fi hotspots at the specified period. Such as turn off Wi-Fi during the night, and turn on in the morning.
